Patrick K. Huang is a partner with Huang Fedalen & Lin LLP. His practice areas include:

Mr. Huang is based in California and represents clients throughout the U.S. and internationally. He is admitted to practice in California state and federal courts, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the District Court for the District of Hawaii, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals on the East Coast, and the U.S Supreme Court. He has represented clients in arbitration before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the International Chamber of Commerce Court of Arbitration in Paris, France.
Mr. Huang has been practicing law for 34 years. He is an "AV"-Preeminent rated attorney and a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Remedies. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Santa Barbara and his Juris Doctorate from the University of West Los Angeles. He is both a trial attorney and was, for many years, a member of the panel of arbitrators at the National Arbitration Forum. His reported cases include The Ambassador Hotel Co., Ltd. vs. Wei-Chuan Investment, et. al. (1999) 189 F.3d 1017 and Weiss v. Washington Mutual Bank, (2007) 147 Cal.App.4th 72.
Mr. Huang was born in Nanjing, China, and is fluent in Cantonese.

Angela P. Lin

Ms. Lin is admitted to practice by the State Bar of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She received a Bachelor in Science in Business Administration from the University of California at Riverside and received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
She started practicing law in 2003, first as a workers’ compensation defense attorney and soon thereafter in the field of civil litigation, which included third party insurance litigation, contract disputes, trust contests, and business torts.

Cynthia Lengeman

Cynthia Lengeman obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law. While at Pepperdine, Ms. Lengeman was on the Moot Court Board and participated in the Long Program for study abroad. She worked in the Special Education Advocacy Clinic and on the Adoption Law Project to assist foster kids and parents with adoptions. During the summer, she worked at the California Court of Appeals for the Second District, Division 6.
Ms. Lengeman has substantial training in alternative dispute resolution. She received her dispute resolution certification from the Strauss Institute at Pepperdine and was a member of the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal.

Robert (Bobby) L. Mason II

Robert L. Mason II is an associate at the firm, providing clients with legal assistance in business, commercial, and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Mason was admitted to practice law in California in 2000 and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Mr. Mason received his Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College, cum laude, before going on to Stanford Law School where he earned his Juris Doctorate. His prior work experience centers on intellectual property litigation, including serving as a litigation consultant for MGA Entertainment, Inc. in a complex intellectual property dispute with Mattel, Inc. In addition, he is a member of the Los Angeles Music Network, the National Association of Record Industry Professionals, and the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association. He is an attendee at the California Copyright Conference.
Mr. Mason was born in La Fayette, Indiana. When not involved in the practice of law, he enjoys playing Texas Hold' em Poker and fantasy baseball. He was also a contestant on Survivor: Panama Exile Island which aired in 2006.

Joseph M. Nicchitta

Joseph M. Nicchitta is an associate at the firm. Mr. Nicchitta has significant experience litigating cases involving First Amendment and defamation claims, and has practiced in the areas of intellectual property, entertainment, real estate, and business and commercial litigation. Mr. Nicchitta's clients have included celebrities, production and distribution companies, online news websites, newspapers, directors, producers, restaurants, clubs, real estate developers, commercial landlords and manufacturers.
