Patrick Huang has 40 years of experience in litigation and transactional law.  Focusing in recent years on litigation, his practice primarily involves disputes in the areas of intellectual property, partnership and corporate laws, real estate, and business torts of all kinds.  Mr. Huang’s deep knowledge and ingenuity have resulted in several published decisions, including precedent-setting cases such as Weiss v Washington Mutual and Ambassador Hotel v. WeI-Chuan Investment.

Mr. Huang has practiced before foreign tribunals, including the International Court of Arbitration in France, UK, Amsterdam, Cairo, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. Outside of his law practice, he has heard and decided hundreds of business and consumer disputes as an arbitrator for the National Arbitration Forum.
